Sweeter than I usually like for a Cab, but reinforces my impression that nothing bad can come out of the Santa Ema winery ... especially in 1996. Half sweet, half dry. Moderately tannic. Very smooth. Consume with sweet things so that the sweetness of the wine is not too obvious.
