Overpoweringly jammy, flavors of Concord grape jelly and strawberry jam. Very sweet. It might be a bargain at $3; you could mix it with 7-Up and make yourself a party punch. For $8, however, I consider this a loss. As always, these are my own opinions ... if you like jammy wines, go for it. As for me, I'm stopping at Vons tomorrow to pick up some 7-Up. [February 2000]
