I have no proof that Lincoln read anything by Dickens, but I expect that he probably did.  A Nation of Readers stamp on brown card.  Cancelled "Dickens Festival Station", Riverside CA, February 4 2001.

I like this one.  George Washington and Mount Vernon stamps on cover.  The Mount Vernon stamp is from 1956.  Cancelled "Mount Vernon, George Washington Masonic Stamp Club Station", Mount Vernon VA, February 22 2001.

I think this one is wonderful.  It is a cover cancelled "Orchids, Trains, Planes & Stamps Station", Carbondale IL, February 15 2001.  I couldn't resist: I sent away for a cancel on an envelope bearing an orchid stamp, a train stamp, a plane stamp, and a stamp stamp.

This set of stamps released in 1998 is called "Stampin' the Future", which is also the theme of this 2001 "Children's Art" celebration in Redding CA. Dated March 3 2001.

This cover, using a pair of older stamps, is from the same Redding "Children's Art" celebration.
