A highly unusual malt. Nose shows tamarind paste, Hispanic confections, burnt sugar, and fresh dates. Palate is inoffensive and fairly vacant showing burnt chocolate and dried ginger powder. Finish shows black coffee, lime (the citrus fruit), and the aftertaste of Hispanic chile candies. Suggested for: With dessert |
