2. Only live recordings of bands with "open taping" policies will be traded here, making these technically not "bootlegs".
3. I will not knowingly post items that infringe on copyrights.
4. If you represent a copyright holder and determine that I am in violation of a copyright, please send cease-and-desist messages directly to me at joshua@mcgees.org. All such messages will be honored immediately by the complete removal of the listings of the recordings in question.
