Shameless Holiday Ad 2008

OK, I’m a whore, but:

Not for me, but for, you know, someone.  Someone hard to shop for.  With internet access.  Who might live a long way away.  Use that link, if you would.

Clicked, clicked, clicked, clicked and clicked.

I am most likely going to purchase at least one certificate, so I’ll make sure to go through here first when I do. I love, love, LOVE Amazon.com!

Man, me too.  I’m an Amazon Prime member ($70/year for free 2-day shipping, and $3.99/item next day shipping) and haven’t regretted it, save that they told me they would alert me with an opt-out option before they ended my trial period and didn’t.  Not cool.  They’re supposed to be the archetypical e-retailer, and there they were, acting like an adult site that wants your cc number “just to verify that you’re 18″.

Do note (I’m a whore, I’m a whore, I’m a whore) that if you click that link before you buy anything on Amazon, it, uh, does things desirable for me (I can’t actually say what that fairly obvious thing is, or I’d be violation of an agreement that I may-or-may-not have with Amazon.)

And … AND … the click will stick with you for, like, three months (if you have cookies enabled.)  It’s a lot like [insert racy joke[.  So, unless you favor another blogger, just click it to be infected.

Clickety, click-click. :) I’ve been using the link for my last few purchases of the month. Hope it’s helping. I’ve considered Amazon prime, but lately they’ve been so fast. It’s usually taking 5 to 6 days between putting in an order and having it arrive at my door with Super Saver shipping.

Seriously? I put a happy face and a little skull and crossbones show up? How bizarre!

    ;)

    :O

    Just testing . . ..

Yeah, that was for Karina (hi Karina!)  She was creeped out by the icon that appeared for the smiley, so I changed it.  To a skull and crossbones.

    Thanks for using the link.

This is hard to believe, but the Amazon link I had here previously, for gift cards, was only crediting me when people bought gift cards, not when they bought anything else.  Maybe it just takes more time for products to show up, but I don’t think so.  Man.

So, unless you have a more favored recipient, please click on the new ad to be infected.
