		<description>As it happened, they &lt;i&gt;did&lt;/i&gt; put it on the truck, and it &lt;i&gt;was&lt;/i&gt; delivered today, they just didn't change the delivery date until the item arrived.  This kind of last-minute rescheduling is a big reason why I use a &lt;abbr title="Private Mail Box"&gt;PMB&lt;/abbr&gt;, but I'm not going to gripe about the sped-up service I received.</description>
