		<description>Repacks are simply regular Magic cards that are repackaged as packs.  For instance, a repack could have one rare, three uncommons, and 11 commons, like a regular pack, or be (say) five rares.  The idea is that the buyer could be getting cards from any set.

Your Birds of Paradise has nothing to do with repacks.  It is from a World Championship Deck, and is illegal for tournament use, as are all cards with gold borders.  In nonsanctioned tournaments that allow proxies, it may be allowed as a proxy, and of course it could be usable in casual play if your opponents agree.</description>
